  How late are you open?
Each branch maintains the same hours and they are as follows:

Mon.-Wed. Lobby: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Drive-up: 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Thurs. Lobby: 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Drive-up: 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Fri. Lobby: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Drive-up: 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Sat. Lobby: 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Drive-up: 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m

  How can I find out what my balance is and what transactions have cleared?
There are several ways you can check your transactions. The first way is to call Telmate at 920-882-4800 and select option 3. Telmate is free, easy to use, and available 24 hours a day! The second way is to use our online account access, Prospera Online Services. If you are not already familiar with Prospera Online Services and want more information, visit our online services page. You can also check your statement for cleared transactions and balances.

  Does Prospera offer check cards?
Absolutely. With a check card from Prospera, you get the convenience of worldwide Visa acceptance. It draws automatically from your checking account and you can use your check card wherever Visa is accepted.

To report an e-mail phishing scam involving Prospera Credit Union, please forward the e-mail message to: abuse@myprospera.com.

  I am having problems logging in, I forgot my pin. What can I do?
You have three options available to you if you have forgotten your pin.
1. You may contact us by clicking on Ask Us Your Question which will send a direct email. However, this is NOT a secure method. If you use this method DO NOT send your account number.
2. You may also click below on Request More Information which will also send an email. However, this is NOT a secure method. If you use this method DO NOT send your account number.
3. Finally you can contact any branch at (920) 882-4800 and they can help you.

Yes, it does. Call, visit, or email any branch and we will verify your request and set up secure access to your account.

There are no activation or monthly charges for our basic online account access, just as you are not charged for using Telmate

Yes, it's as if you were in the branch. It will reflect in your account as soon as you complete the transaction.

  Do I have to transfer a minimum amount?
You do not have to transfer a minimum amount. Using online transacting is just like using Telmate or being in a branch, but more convenient.
