Lead Collector
Prospera Credit Union, a local, member-owned financial institution is seeking a dynamic, conscientious, team player to join our team.
This position will be responsible for the entire collections process – working with delinquent accounts and negative balances, analyzing financial situations of delinquent borrowers, working with NSF checks and fraud/forgery items, coordinating the bankruptcy, repossession and foreclosure processes and maintaining accurate files and reports on all collections activity.
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and administrative skills to join our team. An associate’s degree with 2-4 years of experience is preferred. Familiarity with the field’s concepts, practices and procedures would be helpful.
